Police in Saskatoon are investigating a stabbing after a young man showed up at Royal University Hospital suffering from stab wounds to the head and hand.
Officers were called to RUH around 8:00 pm CST on Tuesday evening where they found a 20-year-old with what they described as non-life threatening injuries.
The victim told police that he was walking in an alley on the 1400 block of 20th Street West when three men approached him, demanded his valuables and then stabbed him.
Police think the weapon was a switchblade.
The description of the suspects is vague, but according to police, the three made off with the victim's RVCA jacket, a trendy brand associated with surfing and skateboarding.
