Low or high cable row
Push Press or sitting military or sitting dumbell press
Lunges

Chin-up
Deadlift
Incline Press
Lat Pull Down
Leg Press or machine hack squat
Bent over row or pendeley rows

Have you considered isolating your arms and/or shoulders
Overall pretty pleased. Lunges good. Wouldn't mind seeing some dips. Abs needed as well
