sadly I am the one now trying to hold junior associates to unreasonable time estimates.
actually I try not to be a dick so I just hoard the work if I think the associates cant do it efficiently. which is also being a dick, but less so maybe. I don't like writing off junior's time, which is basically robbing them. |
