those are two very different issues though.
people who believe vaccines cause autism are either uninformed, like Trump, or simply stupid, like Jill Stein
Abortion is more of a moral issue.

i think you should generally ask people why they believe something before calling them an idiot
there's 100+ studies saying that there is no correlation between vaccines and autism and only one that does.
the one study has a lot of fudged data, fudged because someone paid off the guy who wrote it.
i can let almost Trump off the hook here because he probably reads jack shit about science - he built his fortune in real estate and business. I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't know who Jonas Salk was, or how vaccines even work.
Jill Stein, on the other hand, has a fucking medical degree from fucking Harvard, and still believes in "homeopathic" hogwash. That's either willful ignorance or plain stupidity.
