I lease a 41k german make for 375/mo, 1500 down, 15k miles/year.
the reason your monthly is so high is because the M240i isn't a good car to lease. smaller production, higher demand leads to shit money factor, plus the residuals are likely not great. it sounds like the dealer might also be fucking you by charging MSRP or close. |

instead of putting money down like a retard that you would lose if you ever crashed the thing, put down the max security deposits (I think 7), that lowers your MF significantly. other than that, try finding a dealer with a 2016 still on the lot, you should be able to get a lower cap cost. |

and you use the security deposits not because your credit is shitty but because each SD lowers your MF by .00007. you can do a max of 8
I would put 0 down and max out the security deposits, should get you to low 600s for the '17, and easily mid-5s for a 16.
