Are we talking an RCP average on his worst day or a single poll posted in the RCP list? Nixon's lowest poll was 24%, Bush's was 25%, and so far Trump's lowest is 37% (which is pretty ridiculous given how early he is into his presidency). I'm going to have to go with history here and say 25%.
Edit: If we're limiting it to gallup I'm going with 30%. |
