The cop, claiming to have heard a criminal threat, decided to detain the kid until all the cops arrive. So he grabbed his T-shirt and would not let go fror minutes. The kid wants to be let go, and wiggles and tries to get away. One friend of the kid tries to separate the two, and another friend comes running in and throws a shoulder. At that point, the cop drags the kid over a bush, takes out his gun, and fires into the bush.

I never accept the idea that law enforcement is advancing a cause by doling out ad hoc abuse/murder to minorities. It's not productive and it's not done with constructive intentions.
