For example, in many municipalities in Los Angeles County, there are minorities who say they are improverished because their local government doesn't represent them. The local government doesn't help them with jobs. The local government only cares about the wealthy neighborhooods in the city.

While the last point may be true, why don't these minorities just move if their local governments ignores them so much? Why keep living there and paying rent so that you continue working in a job with no upward pay? Seems dumb.

You've sort of hit on one of the major inconsistencies in most lib arguments.

Minorities are "oppressed" by white people, but their poverty rises the fewer white people there are around.
