Most positions before the freeze we only wanted current feds because they already had clearance. Now the only postings are for details for current fed attorneys. Also fed attorney hours are 9-5, all federal holidays, 13 vacation days a year in the beginning going up to 26 a year (that you can rollover), pension, 401k match, cheap health and life insurance, and the cherry on top-interesting work.
