Drank a lot of poison every day this weekend, easy to see how people slip into

Date: March 20th, 2017 1:19 AM Author: crimson high-end faggotry I am getting old and the fear of hangovers usually causes me to go pretty light even when I'm out drinking with a bunch of dudes. But this weekend I drank Friday, Saturday, and this evening. Probably around 30ish drinks all told, which I realize is not a lot for many people and would have been standard when I was younger.
It's easy to see how people can easily slip away into alcoholism. It's so fucking easy to just keep the train rolling and avoid the inevitable neurotransmitter deficit. I found myself wanting to keep drinking tonight even though I feel physically run down and exhausted from boozing all weekend. I have shit tolerance now and when I've been drinking continuously like that, I start to feel drunk after a couple of strong beers. It's fucking great even though I realize it just makes me boorish and stupid.
I wonder how many casual alcoholics I chat with all the time and they're secretly screaming inside about hating themselves and wanting out. It would be terrifying to wake up one day and realize that you were going to have to drink at some point. You lost the option to hit the brakes. I felt a little stab of that panic earlier when I realized I was eager for another one and nobody else seemed to be in the same boat. Fortunately I don't think I have the booze brain wiring and I could resist the urge. But now I'm smoking weed, LOL. |

If it's a question about exercise, I don't do any cardio when bulking and I'll try to put in 30-60 mins a day when cutting...on an exercise bike during winter and jogging during summer. |
