fuck no. i'd say the US government has lost the moral authority to ask people to fight for whatever it demands. in other words, if it tried to re-impose a draft, it might well end with a lot of dead enforcement agents tasked with rounding up the draft-dodgers.
the loss of general credibility means that everything has to be taken case-by-case, and with a very cynical view toward motive and probable beneficiaries. fighting for "your country" is one thing, but fighting to further entrench our global corporatist SJW hellscape (even if only incidentally rather than directly) is more a sin than a virtue by now.
