It's not how the world awards those accolades/attributes 99.99% of the time. The world just marks you up a few points in the universal score rankings, but everything else stays the same. And the marginal creature comforts are very marginal.

This thing has huge damage multipliers and massive area of effect. Cool graphics too, so everyone knows you're one of the few that has it. Looked forward to getting it for a week.

Then, twenty minutes later, you get used to having it, and you go back to killing swamp rats for more XP, no more content than you were twenty minutes before.
