If the video is that important to the government's case, as you appear to believe, I'm guessing the court ruled on its admissibility, possibly in response to a motion in limine.
Let me know how the court ruled and why you believe the video establishes a strong basis for concluding that the $6 million settlement is out of line with the value of the case. I promise I will consider that, as well as any other points you wish to raise pertaining to the value of the case, and offer my sincere opinion. I need to go back outside to finish yard work, but I will come back and check out this thread. |

With respect to the guy's murder, it is HIGHLY unlikely the court would allow for any evidence to come in concerning his death unless there was fairly strong, competent evidence establishing he was killed by or at the direction of Russian state actors, even if everyone associated with the case was certain the Russians did it.
Nothing shittier about litigation (besides dealing with other lawyers) than having to accept that the facts of a particular case do not, and cannot, reflect reality. |
