Saw it 70mm IMAX. Incredible. The dogfighting scenes were simply amazing. People bitch about the lack of character development or dialogue, but I don't think that detracted at all from the experience.

Only complaint was that I couldn't understand a lot of people speaking, I thought it was just me but apparently I'm not alone

Best film of the year by far, one of the greatest war movies ever made.

you'll have to find it. It was utterly gripping without almost any blood. Atmosphere was tense for the entire film. They never even showed germans at all outside of a brief blurred outline of a few and some german planes.

Yup this movie was sick. Reminded me of Argo in that it was tense the entire time and a "race" to get out.

Didn't understand at the beginning when it said "The Mole - 1 Week" and then 1 Day and 1 Hour for other 2 storylines.

Someone plz explain.

No dumb fuck.

But if the "One week, one day, one hour" wording was meant to show how far apart those story lines were, then there were a lot of illogical inconsistencies related to that in the movie.

The scenes on the Mole (the beach and the efforts of those men to get off it) took place over one week. The scenes on the yacht took place over 1 day. The scenes on the planes took place over 1 hour. They all overlapped, notably at the end of course. Cillian Murphy was picked up by the yacht before they reached the Mole. We saw him later in the movie but earlier in time when he was on a row boat telling the main beach guys to wait for another rescue..

One thing that annoyed me was that we never saw what boat Cillian Murphy was on where he was the only survivor rescued by the yacht. But the Mole scenes were from the point of view of the other guys so makes sense not to show it I guess. Or I just missed it.
