Same applies for places like Texas if he picks DFW or ATX and creates a new flood of striver yuppies to hasten the blueing of the state. Or Nashville, Columbus, etc.
If he picks Denver or Boston he's going to create an exodus of irate priced-out shitlibs who move to ATL or ATX or whichever affordable secondary city is being hyped right now, thus indirectly causing red states to turn blue.
This is demographic change through economics. And demographics are destiny. |
