There's a dialect that's developed around corporate leadership. Employing it gives subordinates consistent reminders of their status relative to the speaker.

thats one of those few corporatisms that actually make me happy. it usually signals the end of some bs meeting or is used as a polite way to move along from some bitch's petty grievance that doesn't affect anyone in the room.
