Moving to Are country didn't really "fix" or change anything for me

Date: September 20th, 2017 3:10 PM Author: Curious stage I am at a remote ranch 6 months a year but I am still in america, still paying huge amounts of federal tax to this corporate kleptocracy of a "country" and thanks to the internet i still get bad news every day about the ongoing decline. My kids will have to grow up in this pozzed hellhole and absorb the values of hypercapitalsm and "tolerance". I would probably have to cut myself off from the outside world completely to find peace. But that is not healthy either. It sucks being old enough to remember when things were good and being young enough to know you have 40+ years of shit to look forward to. "The Amish do not pay Social Security or Medicare taxes but they do pay income and other taxes. Even if an individual is exempt from income taxes for whatever reason, most will still pay some form of tax. You have to pay sales tax on items you buy and property tax if you own a home."
