less than 25 grams of net carbs a day...you go into ketosis after maybe 24 hours on that diet...u might get into ketosis on less than 50 gms net carbs...your piss will be yellow and smelly...burning fat

There's a surprising amount of calories I. Any alcohol but vodka is generally the purest and most available. Mix with with a spritzer and it's as low calorie drink you can get but if u wanna get wasted its still a meals worth of calories

keto is not just eating meat...u need close to 70% of total cals being fat...that may give u diarrhea...it's hard to stay on it...best thing is a sort of rotation: high fat with no carbs to get keto started, then less fat, more protein, then some carbs, then more carbs, then back to no carbs, high fat.

and you have to stay under 2000 cals a day, depending on how tall you are, etc
