keto is not just eating meat...u need close to 70% of total cals being fat...that may give u diarrhea...it's hard to stay on it...best thing is a sort of rotation: high fat with no carbs to get keto started, then less fat, more protein, then some carbs, then more carbs, then back to no carbs, high fat.

and you have to stay under 2000 cals a day, depending on how tall you are, etc
