a unique ending, for sure. like i said, dennis likes to fuck with your mind. and deakins helps him lay waste to your psyche with the right visuals. one of the best combos of director and DP ever. i didnt like arrival as much because it wasnt dark. and it was some other dp who is not even a twentieth of what deakins is capable of. |
