Credibility goes down the tubes on that. How do you get around that? I think you have tried about 15 jury trials--you know that can be a problem. |

In my state it used to be 3X specials, but its dropped down precipitously. Also juries aren't paying nearly what they used to pay.
I guess--LA must be pretty damn plaintiff friendly to cop those valuation numbers overall. Makes sense--its a pretty damn blue state. Is there a 3X guideline or anything like that you guys apply informally?

Slip and fall @ Cocos. Client had "back pain." Chiro, MRI, Ortho (no shots or surgery. Negative MRI findings). She claimed the rubber divider between the carpet and the wood was flaring up a tiny bit and caused her to fall.
