I toured riesling country in SW Germany when I was backpacking a million years ago and there's way better expressions of it

I recommend getting riesling made by wine houses from Alsace. that's probably the best expression of riesling (sweet or dry) on earth right now

pacific rim is pretty good, but Ste Michelle dry and anything from Columbia Valley are apex examples of Washington riesling so you've chosen well man

try the Ste Michelle dry and load up on Alsace though, you won't be disappointed
