What is the correct thing to do when a female bends over in front of you and you can see down her shirt?

Yesterday, I had a platonic date with a friend. We went to a gala premier, and as per dress code, we were both dressed formally.
I wore this dress. What you can’t tell by this picture, is my six inch heels, the open back, and the fact that the slit went both upwards and center as I walked, meaning I almost exposed my crotch a few times. How ladylike of me.
My friend, whom I assume has been raised exceptionally well, was a perfect gentleman. He knew I wasn’t wearing a bra, because A) my back was open, B) it was -3 degrees, and C) I lean over, I bounce, and I generally do not feel any shame about my free-moving bosom.
Did he comment? No.
Even more importantly, did he even once break eye contact? Astonishingly, no.
He just told me I was the most well dressed one there, and put his arm around me when we were approached by the picture crew.
Learn from him. Keep eye contact. Go home and think about it afterwards if you must, but at most, give her a vague compliment (“you look nice” will suffice), and keep your eyes in the general face area.
If you need to look, do it while she’s looking at something else. And be quick.
