i clerked on coa; a few times my bench memo basically became the decision; other times judge completely disagreed and rewrote it |

his clerks legit worked 9 to 5 though, no weekends - clerking can be a sweet gig outside of places like SDNY |

I know certain SDNY judges work their clerks to death - clerks legit work like 70 hours a week and some judges make their clerks get there at 7AM |
