Technically all civilian bureaucrats have military ranks. Even accountants. So nominally, yes.

Do they get military benefits and honors? Do civilian bureaucrats outside of the Prosecution Service get to wear uniforms?

The benefits system mirrors the MoDs system almost identically. All federal bureaucrats do get uniforms actually. They are a different color from standard military uniforms. The ones who work for the MoD wear theirs daily. The other federal bureaucrats only wear their uniforms during drills like Zapad or Kavkaz that involve national mobilizations and tests of civil defense systems.

What about the Prosecution Service? Don't they also wear their uniforms daily? They look exactly like Naval Uniforms

Last question, why does the Prosecution Service wear their uniform daily? Are they considered civil service or Military?

Do they get detailed to any branch of the military or does each military branch have its own corps of prosecutors and lawyers

The MoD has its own. Each branch does not have its own. There is one prosecution service within the MoD.

And it's not the prosecution service right?

Got interested in this because of Natalia Poklonskaya
