First thing, and this has been talked about before on XO, most bros focus way too much on chest. It's a prime look. Having a flat right chest is more prestigious

Second, legs don't really matter at all. Especially if you played sports growing up and you already have reasonably developed legs. They just can't look like sticks.

Third, arms are pretty important but definition is better than volume

And finally, back / neck is the second most important, followed abs which are usually just an indicator of your BF%

Any thoughts?

I want to finally make the push into single digit soon. Think I'm setting myself up for failure if I try to do it during the holidays.
