no. If Wisconsin is not undefeated, you have a mixture of these teams:
Alabama
Georgia
Miami
Oklahoma
Clemson
Auburn
I can't see OSU getting in, even if they beat an undefeated UW

Assuming Alabama Miami and OU win out:
Alabama: IN
Georgia: 2-loss NON conference champ, LOL OUT
Miami: IN
Oklahoma: IN
Clemson: 2-loss NON conference champ, LOL OUT
Auburn: 3-losses, LOL OUT
Assuming the Buckeyes can win out they have to worry about Auburn winning the Iron Bowl and the SEC sending Champ + Bama and to a lesser degree Bama losing to UGA in the SECCG but both teams still going (less likely)
The other possibly problematic scenario is Clemson beating Miami and the committee deciding between 1-loss Miami with no conf title vs. 2-loss Ohio State with conf title. I think even in this scenario with the B1G East being maybe the toughest division in football, 2 top-10 wins and the name recognition, $ and added value they give to conference titles the Bucks still go.

Agreed.
If Bama, Miami, OU, tOSU all win out, that's your 4.
If Bama and OU win out, Clemson beats Miami soundly, and tOSU beats Michigan soundly and Wisconsin, I think tOSU squeaks past Miami and grabs the 4 spot.
Bama losing a close Iron Bowl or SECCG probably keeps out tOSU.
