Racist cop arrested me last night.

Date: November 19th, 2017 12:03 PM Author: poppy autistic chad After doing a little, a lot, of drinking etc. I was running low on skoal so I took my R1 to the chevron about 3 miles away. got a 2-$5 per pack deal of blue Xtra pouches. Noticed a black deputy in one of those decked out ford expedition cruises checking out my bike.
I was pretty paranoid and it was about 2-3am in the suburbs and the gas station was empty.
So I got on my bike, careful to not accelerate faster than a Honda civic and start going about 45 in a 50 driving home on a 2 lane road. He's behind me, and I put on my blinker going into my development and he lights me up.
He asks why I was swerving. I wasn't. I think I said "I didn't notice my bike was swerving and I didn't even switch lanes." He takes my DL and insurance card back to his car for like 20 fucking minutes.
He asks if me if I was drinking. I said no. He asked if I'd take any tests. I told him "no." He asks if I have a firearm. I said "yes want me to get it for you it's in my jacket?" He declined and asked what pocket and grabbed it. He asks "what do you need such a big piece for? (it's a .45). I said I like it.
He asks me to turn around and says he's cuffing me for "my safety" and asks me to sit on the curb by his car like a nig-nog.
He starts fiddling with my bike I yelled "wtf you can't search that." He gave me the mean black stare.
He says "you know a lot of police been getting killed lately." I said "yes how undeserved." I don't think he knew if I was being sincere.
He calls a supervisor. A white sergeant comes up to me after talking to the nog cop for a few minutes. He uncuffs me and says "have a safe evening." I said "wtf was that about." He said "he thought I was disrespecting him." I said do I get a traffic ticket? The sergeant goes no just go home.
Should I sue under 1983? I could have billed like $600 for work in that time my 4th amendment rights were obliterated.

MDH seemed lucid and able to assert his rights so the cop made a call as to whether to pursue the DUI investigation. Duty sergeant told the patrol cop he needed to come take statements at a wreck a few miles up the road so MDH was released back to his flame lair.
