i have no idea what the economics of it would be. the airlines all charge ~$50 for a daily lounge pass. i'm doubtful that very many people pay this, or that very many companies allow reimbursement for this. but would people pay $50 for a workout if they pay $50 for a lounge pass?
also, you'd probably need a big ass gym, otherwise it'd get way too crowded. also, you'd probably need MULTIPLE gyms at each major airport since it's not easy to go from terminal to terminal bc of security.

I think the issues are the RE is very expensive and you need to provide shower facilities and such. Not sure how big the market is @ $44 per workout session.
