Date: November 22nd, 2017 10:03 PM Author: shivering khaki meetinghouse haunted graveyard cops slow down traffic in in an extremely small zone (nothing on the order of actually making a difference as to how fast traffic is going on average) and a sitting cop is probably a net negative in regards to traffic safety due to increasing the chances of a rear-end when cars spontaneously slow down after thinking "oh shit!"

I tried to hide it from my parents and just plead guilty by mail and paid like a $900 fine. Years later I find out I plead to a misdemeanor. Oops lol.
Kind of a stupid thing. We were in rural bumfuck and appearing in court to fight it would have been extremely cost prohibitive. |
