my parents bought a HOUSE in SF for 200K - now worth millions. my dad is now retired and has pretty much no income and lives better than a fucking millennial making 500K a year.
his brother bought a house for 500K in CA 30 years ago- now worth 8-9 MILLION, and this is his "vacation home" that he barely even visits. can you imagine the dumb, wagecuck millennial who even tries to buy a 9MM house?
millennials moving to CA now with no family money are completely retarded. they will work to death with nothing to show for it. |

i know a guy where he and his wife both work in tech making 400K. his entire income goes to their mortgage and hers goes to everything else. One-wrong-move and you're done for. his mother had to give him 500K down payment for some shitbox in mountain view, LJL.
