Either way, then I'd suggest learning some scripting that could help you automate your tasks. Python is the CR for this. A lot of analysts types use VBA for scripting excel.
don't waste your time with webdev. if you aren't a strong programmer most of that work is commoditized and done by Indians. you'd be better off paying an Indian on fiverr or w/e. if you're a banker your time is valuable
udemy is enough if you aren't trying to get a job as a programmer.try something like this https://www.udemy.com/automate/
