you can't really buy it anywhere else with USD. Those other USD numbers are for Tether. You'd have to buy bitcoin or ethereum and then transfer it to a different exchange, which can take a lot of time and fees.

Also a lot of those numbers are for foreign exchanges which don't accept Americans.
