10+ year solo, thinking of buying a second office building

Date: December 14th, 2017 11:52 PM Author: dark diverse striped hyena dilemma 250k in deep are country. its furnished and I've got a good rapport on the referrals from the exiting attorney. its on a highway and less are country than the original location, thinking of setting up a secretary there and working there 1-2 days a week, this would put me far above any one else in the county/area as far as infrastructure, but i dont like suburban clients and thats the main draw. but again, office space is rare to come by already built.
