I'm trying to get better at cooking since i eat out too much.

What is the best type of non-stick pan for frying, say, chicken breasts?

Cast iron? Teflon? Copper?

cast-iron and copper aren't non-stick, you need the teflon or whatever coating to make it non-stick

I love cast-iron skillets for frying up meat
