I think there are a lot of really good candidates out there, but management isn't factoring the training time into their spreadsheets. As such, we're running a skeleton crew, especially around the holidays.
I really don't mind working the holidays because we're not busy at all, it's mainly just having bodies in the right locations in case of an emergency. |
