how many of these firms did you interview w/ dude?
When I was trying to lateral from my mid-tier biglaw firm as a fourth year, I lined up 6 decent interviews in a couple weeks, and had two offers on the table and had turned down a third firm by the end of two months. I am faaaar from the most preftigious or likeable associate. |

Why do I keep getting call backs though? I've met with group chairs multiple times during screening interviews and they recommend further interviews. If I was socially incompetent, why would they waste their attorneys time? |
