I was never really a standout in any class but was always friends with the standout. Then I looked back on my education and realized that I was always in the top 95th percentile among my peers until law school. Then I finally realized my peers were the top 80th percentile. I was surrounded by smart peers at every step who are all doing great things.
It wasn't until law school I realized most people were dumb and I ran in a crowd that was exclusively top 10 percent. |
