Date: January 18th, 2018 10:41 AM Author: Elite Windowlicker Weed Whacker 9am was the reporting time. I got there to find the line snaked around at the entrance. Took about 15 minutes to get inside. Sat in the main jury pool room until around 11:45 when I was called as one of 30 or so people to report to a court room. From then until lunch nothing was accomplished. Lunch was like 12:45-2:15. After we got back they managed to wrap up jury selection by 4pm. Thankfully I was not selected, they never even got to questioning me, so I was just sitting there. Once they jury and alternated were selected, they sent us all back to the main room. By 4:15/4:20 they gave us our proof of service forms and dismissed us. So, when they called the sub-group of like 30 names to report to the court room, I sit down and a minute later this girl I have known for like 10 years sits down next to me. ODD CASE that we were both selected for jury duty on the same day and then assigned to the same 30 person sub group. Also LOL because had just been talking about her to a mutual friend the day before, because she was named to one of those fraud "most eligible on dating app" lists.
