There is this really active "Catholic DC" set Griffin is almost certainly a part of that I am not. |

They work for Catholic orgs (schools, charities, the Knights of Columbus, the Dominicans, w/e), attend Catholic events on weeknights, their social circle is all from church, etc. This clearly seems to be the case for her.
That's never really been the case for me, though. Perhaps it should be; I've been trying to get more involved in shit at my local parish. |

Catholic circles don't seem to marry off at the rate you'd expect, probably because Catholic dating life has assimilated into American norms and those norms are fucking shitty. Mormons they are not.
There's a big Catholic Carnival party in early February. It's possible I'll run into her there.
