Colonel Sanders opened his first KFC franchise when he was 65. Henry Ford was 60 when he built the world's first assembly line. Everyone is always trying to figure out their "purpose" in life. But the idea that each of us has some grand purpose in life is a man-made myth.

You want to know what your purpose in life is? To be healthy. Physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. That's all you have to do. Choose to be healthy in those four categories, practice mindfulness, try to stay present, and some day you could build some cool shit when you're 65.
