Questions to Ask (and ACT on) Every Day:

1. Who do I spend my time with? They heavily influence who I become.

2. Is this within my control? Do not waste time and energy on things you cannot control.

3. What does your ideal day look like? If you don't know, how will you experience many of them? Does your job, personal life, home, etc. lead you toward these ideal days?

4. To Be or To Do? Do I fall in love with an image of titles, paychecks, admiration from others? Or, do I imagine the actions I take as a successful person and the higher purpose I will serve?

5. I am not for me, who is? If I am only for me, who am I? It is okay to want to rise to the top, but it must be tempered with humility and service to others.

6. What am I missing by choosing worry and fear? Getting distracted by fear and worry limits (instead of expanding) my options. The Greek word "apatheia" refers to not being distracted by emotions.

7. Am I doing my job? I could be exhaustingly busy and still not be doing my job. Do I know what my job is?

8. What is the most important thing? Do not lie to yourself about your most important thing. Have metrics to ensure that everything is structured around it. Filter out "successful" people who do not share your most important value.

9. What is this for? Consider your audience, intentions, and actions.

10. Does this actually matter? Given the shortness of life (Memento Mori), is this something worth fighting over, speaking out about, or worrying about? Let that determine what you think and do and say.

11. Will this be alive time or dead time? Do not goof off. Spend your time learning and leveraging your future.

12. Is this who I want to be? Who you are is what you do. Do your actions reflect who you want to be?
