I think they're just now reviewing my medical records. and the vicp pays reasonable attorneys' fees, so I won't have to pay a third of my winnings. I'll probably walk away with 250k. I don't know how much my lawyer will get--the vaccine court just pays the firm where she works a reasonable hourly rate.
