yeah I hate all that.
We sever the claims in my state--so its just PI. I don't give a fuck about recovery for the car--that's done just straight blue book.
But when you have no property damages its shit pure shit to try in front of a jury. literally just forget about it.
And yes ive tried for diminished value which I had to do once to get the underlying PI case. You can do it by affidavit. Once you get the affidavit in the case just settles.
