FISA warrants target foreign nationals, and if targeted foreign nationals speak with Americans, that information is also collected. So if we're spying on Russians, and the Russians are recorded offering a quid pro quo with the Trump campaign, for instance, then there's nothing to complain about with regard to FISA.
