seems to indicate it's extremely common where i am (los angeles). the clause they want to remove is this:
"Seller shall pay the following report: termite report"
so it seems like termite inspection is separate from the other inspection, and we would be on the hook for that. but if there are termites, can't we still insist that seller pays to fix?
