Loss of muscle mass on a long fast is a real concern if you're already an avid lifter. That mattered less to me because when I started I wasn't lifting so I was just a fat-fat with very little muscle. That said, if you continue your lifting regimen while fasting muscle loss won't be as bad.

It's really just a perfect storm of a lot of factors, but the biggest ones are probably that

1. I think meaningless flings or P&D's are immoral,

2. Most women don't interest me much, and

3. I'm beta, pretty unattractive and my personality is off-putting to most chicks. For instance, XO trolls for Catholic chicks but women I know through church generally don't like me. Of course. It's not a particularly bad one compared to some other things, but it is still missing the mark. More pragmatically, having a lot of prior partners makes it harder for a person to permanently bond with somebody. Look at XO for proof of that.
