He then begins talking about the Gallipoli campaign. Realizing that he is going to go on about Gallipoli for over an hour if they don't do something, one of the other party guests affects a fake German accent and says "oh yeah? I'm Adolf Hitler!"

Charles stops. "Hitler? Where's Hitler? I'm going to kick his fucking ass!" - he's still in character as Winston Churchill btw. Multiple people have to restrain Charles as he tries to get to "Hitler" and kick his ass.

He takes his knapsack, and pulls out a copy of Paths of Glory. The 6 hour long, complex board game about World War One. He begins teaching the rules to the homeless men.

The next morning, Chuck and the three homeless dudes wake up in an empty train in the Franconia-Springfield rail yard. From the looks of it, they had fallen asleep after about half a turn.

One of the homeless guys taps Charles on the shoulder. "Hey, last night you said some interesting things about how Austrian foreign policy in the late 19th century began to look to the Balkans rather than to Italy. Do you have any books you can recommend on that?"
