"AIDS" deaths are caused by completely different diseases in impoverished Africa than they are in the first world. that is...not how a single disease works.
when they found AIDS patients without HIV they just changed the definition of AIDS and said those other patients were now afflicted with newly-named "ICL" rather than AIDS. this is...not how science works (tautology: one weird trick to prove your hypothesis!)

infectious diseases don't hit one gender (cf. polio, smallpox, tb, bubonic plague, ebola, flu, cold, herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, etc.). hiv-aids missed american women, contrary to aids scientists predictions.
infectious disease epidemics have a bell curve shape--in a given population at t1 the number of cases rises exponentially and falls symmetrically (farrs law). contrary to what they predicted, hiv-aids neither exploded nor fell. instead of a bell curve we have...a flat line. we piddle along, getting the same number of new cases every year for decades. that's not how novel infectious disease epidemics work.
