2. It does jack shit to move the Hairline forward. Literally all it does when it's working is cause all Hairs to grow at the same time, whereas normally a certain % of Hairs are in the Telogen phase. It does not cause permafucked follicles to reactivate.
It's not a "fix" or a "cure" or a "treatment" really. It's something that you'd use the way that a 37 year old Woman uses "makeup" and "skin products" and shit. It's something that makes you feel like you're better than the other baldmos who dgaf. It's not that it actually does anything, it's just so you can be like, "fuck, I tried, I used the best Poisons that GC has to offer.... *dims light*.... look, r/tressless! Regrowth! Hail GC!"
